Accepting these terms

By downloading or using Meadow, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

What the app is

Meadow is a goal and habit tracker with a garden game attached, plus an optional Morning Lock feature that limits access to apps you select. It is a productivity tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical, psychological, or financial advice.

Morning Lock and Screen Time

Morning Lock uses Apple's Screen Time framework and can only do what that framework allows. It is a self-imposed limit, not a security control. You can remove it at any time through iOS Settings, and it is not designed to restrain anyone other than yourself. Do not rely on it in any situation where a failure to block content would cause harm.

Subscriptions and billing

Meadow is free to download. An active subscription is required to use the app after onboarding. Plans are sold through the App Store at these United States prices; your local price appears on the purchase screen inside the app.

• Weekly. $6.99 per week.
• Monthly. $12.99 per month.
• Annual. $49.99 per year, including a 3-day free trial.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period. Manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

If a free trial applies, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Prices may change; we will tell you before a change takes effect, and a price increase requires your consent where the App Store asks for it.

Refunds

Apple processes all purchases and handles refunds under its own policy. We cannot issue refunds directly. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Statutory cancellation rights in your country still apply.

Your content

Your goals, photos, and garden are yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to run the features you use, such as sending a photo-proof image to our verification service so it can return a result. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app except where law permits it.
• Use the app to break the law or to harass anyone.
• Submit photos containing other people's private information for verification.
• Attempt to defeat the paywall or interfere with our services.

Availability and changes

We may add, change, or remove features, and we may need to take services offline for maintenance. Photo proof depends on an online service and will not work without a network connection. Everything else in the app works offline.

Disclaimers and liability

Meadow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that using it will change your habits. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YHW Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and consumer protection rights in your country are unaffected.

Termination

You may stop using Meadow at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access if you breach these terms.

Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for Meadow. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
