Who we are

Meadow (bundle identifier com.yhwstudios.meadow) is published by YHW Studios. This policy covers the Meadow iPhone app and this website. Questions go to [email protected].

What stays on your device

Meadow has no account system. You do not sign up, and we never ask for your name, email address, or phone number. The following are written to a local database on your iPhone and are not uploaded to us:

• Your goals, their titles, due dates, reminders, and completion history.
• Your streak, coin balance, seed inventory, garden plots, crops, and decorations.
• Your app preferences and onboarding answers.
• The apps, categories, and websites you choose for Morning Lock.

Morning Lock is built on Apple's Screen Time framework (Family Controls). When you pick what to block, iOS hands Meadow opaque tokens rather than a readable list. We cannot see which apps you selected, and neither can anyone we work with. Deleting the app deletes this data from your device.

Photo proof

Photo proof is optional and off unless you turn it on for a specific goal. When you use it, the photo you take is sent over an encrypted connection to our verification service, which checks whether the picture matches the goal you set and returns a pass or fail result.

• Photos are used only to run that check.
• Photos are not sold, shared with advertisers, or used to build a profile of you.
• Photos are retained only as long as needed to complete the verification.
• If you never enable photo proof, no photo ever leaves your device.

Meadow requests camera access only at the moment you first use photo proof. You can decline, and the rest of the app keeps working.

Subscriptions

Purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements, which means RevenueCat processes your anonymous App Store transaction information on our behalf so the app knows whether your subscription is active.

Analytics and attribution

We measure how people move through the app so we can fix what is broken. We use Mixpanel for product analytics and AppsFlyer for install attribution. These record events such as completing onboarding, adding a goal, or opening the paywall, tied to a random identifier rather than to your name. They do not receive your goal titles, your photos, or your block list.

Meadow asks for App Tracking Transparency permission during onboarding, not silently at launch. If you decline, we do not access the advertising identifier. Declining does not limit any feature of the app.

This website

besthabittrackerapp.com is a static site served by GitHub Pages through Cloudflare. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. If you find one of the hidden pixel secrets, that progress is stored in your browser's local storage and never sent anywhere. Our hosting providers keep standard server request logs.

Children

Meadow is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.

Your rights

Because Meadow has no account, the fastest way to delete everything we hold about your use of the app is to delete the app, which removes the local database from your device. For analytics records tied to your device identifier, or for anything else covered by the GDPR or the CCPA, email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell personal information.
