Who we are

Meadow (bundle identifier com.yhwstudios.meadow) is published by YHW Studios. This policy covers the Meadow iPhone app and this website. Questions go to [email protected].

Data stored on your device

Meadow does not require an account. The app stores the following on your iPhone:

• Your goals, their titles, due dates, reminders, and completion history.
• Your streak, coin balance, seed inventory, garden plots, crops, and decorations.
• Your app preferences and onboarding answers.
• Your optional profile name and profile photo.
• The apps, categories, and websites you choose for Morning Lock.

Some actions also send information to our service providers. Photo verification sends the relevant goal or challenge text and a photo. Analytics records onboarding choices and events such as adding or completing a goal, including the goal category. These uses are explained below. Your profile name, profile photo, garden save, and Morning Lock selections are not sent to these services.

Morning Lock is built on Apple's Screen Time framework (Family Controls). When you pick what to block, iOS gives Meadow opaque selection tokens. The app uses those tokens on your device to apply restrictions. It does not send your selected apps, categories, websites, or Screen Time activity to our analytics or advertising providers.

Photo proof

When you use photo proof for a goal or an alarm challenge, the app sends the photo, the goal or challenge text, and a goal identifier when available over an encrypted connection to our verification service. Our service sends the photo and text to OpenRouter, which routes them to an AI model provider to assess whether the photo shows the requested activity. The result is returned to the app.

Our verification server processes images in memory and does not save image files to persistent storage. Operational logs can contain the goal identifier, request timing, verification result, and limited text returned by the model when diagnosing an error. We do not send your verification photos or goal text to Mixpanel, RevenueCat, AppsFlyer, or advertising partners.

OpenRouter and its model providers handle inputs and outputs under their own processing and retention policies and the applicable service settings. Some providers retain data for purposes such as abuse prevention. You can read more in OpenRouter's Privacy Policy and its data retention documentation.

Meadow requests camera permission when you first use the camera. You can decline this permission; photo verification then remains unavailable. Photos are sent for verification when you use these features, not when you add a local profile photo.

Subscriptions

Apple handles payments, and we do not receive your payment card or bank details. RevenueCat processes App Store transaction history, subscription status, and service and device identifiers to validate purchases, restore subscriptions, prevent fraud, and enable premium features. We also use this information to analyze subscription performance.

RevenueCat shares subscription events with Mixpanel for analytics and AppsFlyer for advertising measurement. The app supplies the identifiers needed to associate these events with the same installation. These records are linked to identifiers even though you do not create an account with us.

Analytics and attribution

We use Mixpanel to understand app usage and AppsFlyer to measure which marketing campaigns lead to installs and subscriptions. Information includes app launches, onboarding pages and quiz choices, goal actions and categories, paywall interactions, purchase outcomes, and campaign attribution. Our providers also process technical information such as device model, operating system, app version, IP-derived approximate location, and SDK diagnostic information used to operate the services and prevent fraud.

Mixpanel uses Apple's identifier for vendor (IDFV) as its installation identifier when available. We connect this identifier with identifiers assigned by RevenueCat and AppsFlyer so analytics, subscriptions, and attribution can be associated with the same device. This information is linked to your device even though it does not contain a name or email address supplied by you.

Meadow requests App Tracking Transparency permission during onboarding. When you allow tracking, advertising identifiers and related events can be used with AppsFlyer and connected advertising partners to measure our advertising across other companies' apps and services. Until you authorize tracking, we do not access Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA), and we block AppsFlyer's sharing of app and subscription events with its advertising partners. Product analytics and subscription services can continue using IDFV and service-assigned identifiers. Declining tracking permission does not limit app features. You can change that permission in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security, then Tracking.

Retention and deletion

Removing the app removes its local app data from your device. It does not automatically delete subscription, analytics, attribution, or operational records already held by us or our providers, and it does not cancel an App Store subscription. Remote records are retained according to the purpose of processing, provider retention settings, and applicable legal requirements. Contact us to request deletion of records associated with your use of Meadow.

This website

besthabittrackerapp.com is a static site served by GitHub Pages through Cloudflare. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. If you find one of the hidden pixel secrets, that progress is stored in your browser's local storage and never sent anywhere. Our hosting providers keep standard server request logs.

Children

Meadow is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need additional information to locate records associated with your device or service identifiers. We do not sell your personal information for money; the advertising measurement sharing described above may be treated as sharing under applicable privacy laws.
