Morning Lock is not blocking anything.

Morning Lock needs Screen Time permission. Open iOS Settings, go to Screen Time, then Apps With Screen Time Access, and make sure Meadow is allowed. If you declined the prompt during onboarding, this is where you grant it. After that, reopen Meadow and set your block list again.

How do I unlock my phone before finishing my goal?

Finish the morning goal and the block lifts. If you genuinely need access first, you can spend coins you have already earned on a short timed break. That is deliberate: the escape hatch costs you garden.

I missed a day and lost my streak.

Streaks reset when you miss a day, and they cannot be bought back. Your coins, crops, land, and decorations are untouched. Only the streak counter starts again.

Photo proof says it cannot reach the verifier.

Photo proof needs a network connection because the check runs on our service. Try again on a stronger connection. Everything else in Meadow works offline.

How do I get more coins?

Coins arrive the moment you complete a goal. Harvesting a mature crop pays more than the seed cost, so replanting compounds. Cheap seeds like carrots and radishes cost 2 coins and sell for 8; a pumpkin costs 8 and sells for 26 but takes longer.

Where is my data stored, and is it backed up?

Your goals and garden live in a database on your iPhone. There is no account and no cloud sync, so deleting the app deletes your progress. Keep an iCloud device backup if that matters to you.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Meadow. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles all purchases and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds on Apple's behalf.

What does Meadow need permission for?

Screen Time for Morning Lock, notifications for reminders, and the camera only when you use photo proof. Every one of them is optional, and the app keeps working if you decline.
